Motor Insurance Claims Handler

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of motor insurance claims within the specified guidelines.

What you will do: You will handle claim assessments, processing and settlements.

Key responsibility:

• Process motor vehicle insurance claims quickly and efficiently.
• Evaluate the validity of claims based on provided documents and evidence.
• Calculate and approve claim payouts according to the policy terms.
• Manage customer communications regarding claim status updates.
• Maintain detailed records of all claim activities and relevant information.

• Adhere to the company's quality standards and guidelines.
• Identify and prevent fraudulent claims.
• Escalate complex or high-value claims to senior team members as necessary.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Insurance, Finance or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in motor insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
