Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in motor vehicle claims handling is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of insurance regulations is a must.
