Key Responsibilities

Relationship management
- Handling corporate customers and

- Leveraging on the relationship
closures.
- Liaisoning with insurers and TPA for
clients.
Other Functions
- Coordinating with HR & Finance for
- Administering guidelines in terms of
issuance and claims servicing
- Tracking of competitor activities to
take pro-active actions.
- Analyzing their risk portfolio, suggesting

Personal Skills
- At least 5-10 years of experience in B2B
TPA Industry .
- Experience of outbound prospecting,
- Previous experience mainly into
sales closures
- Experience having sold to Founders,
- Consistently meeting assigned sales
- Strong spoken and written
