Job Description
Allo Health is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales and Operations Manager to oversee and manage our clinics in Chennai. The role involves scouting new clinic locations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of existing clinics, hiring and training clinic staff, coordinating with doctors, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinic Expansion and Scouting:
Identify potential locations for new clinics in Chennai, ensuring optimal accessibility, visibility, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify areas with high growth potential.
Collaborate with hospitals and clinics owners and other stakeholders for site finalization.
2. Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations of all clinics in Chennai, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all clinics.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure clinics are well-stocked and operational.
3. Recruitment and Team Management:
Hire, train, and manage clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and support staff.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-first care among the clinic staff.
Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage at all times.
4. Doctor Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between doctors and the management team.
Collaborate with doctors to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient clinic workflows.
Address any operational needs or concerns raised by doctors.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze clinic performance metrics, including patient footfall, revenue, and operational efficiency.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in operations, sales, or clinic management roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of clinic operations, healthcare coordination, and team management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
