Role Overview
Were looking for an insight driven, insight driven, data focused Facebook Ads manager to own performance marketing campaigns for sensitive health topics.
Youll:
- Launch and optimize Meta ads that drive conversions (consultation bookings, test kit orders)
- Take complete ownership of meta marketing at Allo health for both awareness and conversion campaigns, conversion campaigns to continue to generate demand while awareness campaigns to build brand awareness.
- Crack the code on low-CPA audience targeting
- Work with designers to create compliant, high-CTR creatives
- Turn analytics into actionable insights (no spray and pray!)
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Drawing Insights from different stakeholders and designing insight driven campaigns
- Build audiences using interest targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting
- A/B test ad creatives (copy, visuals, CTAs) to improve CTR
- Monitor frequency capping to avoid ad fatigue
2. Creative Problem-Solving
- Build a creative strategy and work with inhouse/outsourced team to produce those creatives
- You would not be shooting creative, but build a creative strategy and work with an inhouse/outsourced team.
3. Data-Driven Optimization
- Track KPIs: CPA, CTR, ROAS, landing page conversions
- Pivot budgets daily based on performance
- Document learnings in weekly reports
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Content strategy and expectations with creative team
- Recommendations on landing pages - with designers and product marketing
- Sync with product team to align ads with UX flows

Who Should Apply
? 2+ years of experience running meta campaign experience in healthcare is a plus.
? Comfortable with data (Excel/Google Sheets pivots are your friend)
? Obsessed with testing (you live for A/B test results)
? High ownership
? Basic knowledge of Google Analytics/UTM tracking
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with Canva or Figma (to mock up ad concepts)
- Comfortable in using AI Tools
