We are seeking a Senior Data Science & AI Instructor who combines strong technical depth with a passion for teaching and industry alignment. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of advanced, future-ready learning experiences that prepare students for real-world data science, AI, and analytics roles across modern technology-driven organisations.

You will play a critical role in shaping AlmaBetters academic vision, mentoring learners, and continuously evolving our curriculum to reflect industry trends, employer expectations, and technological innovation.

• Design and own an end-to-end, industry-aligned curriculum in Data Science, AI, and Analytics.
• Ensure strong integration of real-world business use cases, projects, and applied problem-solving.
• Continuously evolve curriculum based on hiring trends, new tools, and advancements in AI and data technologies.

• Develop high-quality, engaging learning content including lectures, labs, case studies, and capstone projects.
• Incorporate modern AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging technologies into teaching methodologies.
• Deliver live and recorded sessions that balance conceptual depth with hands-on implementation.

• Mentor learners on technical skills, project development, and career readiness for data-driven roles.
• Guide students in building strong portfolios, dashboards, and AI-driven applications aligned with hiring expectations.
• Foster problem-solving, analytical thinking, and a strong engineering mindset.

• Drive structured feedback loops from students, placement teams, and hiring partners to improve learning outcomes.
• Experiment with new teaching formats, AI-powered learning tools, and adaptive learning models.
• Set and maintain high academic and delivery standards across programs.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, hiring managers, and domain experts.
• Enable guest sessions, real-world project collaborations, and industry-led workshops.
• Represent AlmaBetter at tech, AI, and education forums, webinars, and community platforms.

• Stay actively involved in the data science and AI ecosystem through conferences, research, content creation, and professional communities.
• Contribute to AlmaBetters brand as a thought leader in AI-driven, outcome-focused education.

• 3+ years of experience in training, teaching, or academic leadership roles in Data Science, Analytics, or AI.
• Strong foundation in Python, SQL, Statistics,AI, Machine Learning, Excel and BI/Dashboarding tools.
• Experience in designing and delivering project-based, industry-aligned learning programs.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.

• Exposure to Data Engineering tools, pipelines, or cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI/GenAI tools, MLOps, or production-grade ML systems.
• Active participation in tech, education, or open-source communities.
• Interest in the societal, ethical, and business impact of AI and data-driven systems.
