We partner with industry leaders to refine, enhance, and optimize AI models, including large language models (LLMs), helping businesses achieve remarkable results.
We are currently seeking an LLM Trainer with a strong Python background to join our team. As an LLM Trainer, you will play a critical role in improving the efficiency and capabilities of LLMs by designing effective training scenarios, evaluating results, and testing model outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Scenario Design & Evaluation: Develop complex scenarios and tasks to challenge and evaluate the performance of LLMs.
Performance Comparison: Analyze and compare the performance of various LLMs, identifying areas of improvement and offering recommendations.
Prompt Engineering: Write suitable prompts and craft complex queries to assess the LLM's ability to answer or solve specific tasks.
Code Evaluation: Evaluate code generated by LLMs, ensuring it meets quality standards and functionality. Familiarity with Python is essential for this task.
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in model outputs and work on refining training methods, datasets, and scenarios to improve overall performance.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of training processes, results, and improvements. Provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, and product managers to achieve common goals.
Required Qualifications:
Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to write, analyze, and debug code. Familiarity with AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face is a plus.
Familiarity with LLMs: In-depth understanding of popular LLMs and their capabilities.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate the performance of LLMs through detailed analysis, including understanding how to measure metrics like accuracy, fluency, and context awareness.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
