Alpha Dezine serves in providing custom software to major collegiate and sports licensing merchandise suppliers and manufacturers across the US with great ideas and sources, and leveraging it in the most cost-effective way. Our core business is developing software to leverage our technologies and team to offer state-of-the-art, software-based solutions to the licensing agencies and work upon their digital assets to derive accurate market trends to major Universities, Brands, and Sports Clubs (Located Overseas). We are constantly involved in developing innovative add-on services to our core product, including designing automation using Adobe products.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to manage data related to cash inflow and outflow, sales performance, and monthly reporting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership in data accuracy, provide insight-driven recommendations to enhance business performance, and collaborate across teams to drive financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate data related to cash inflow and outflow of Qualified Settlement Funds.
• Derive monthly sales data from spreadsheets linked to databases and communicate actionable insights to the Sales and Business Development teams.
• Monitor monthly sales trends and recommend areas for improvement.

• Ensure Business Development efforts align with the companys sales targets.
• Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly financial reports with 100% accuracy and within defined timeframes.
• Prepare, cleanse, and reconcile financial data for month-end closings and ad-hoc reporting.
• Proactively identify system improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data and reporting processes.
• Perform administrative duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklist guidelines, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and uphold the organizational culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in finance, accounting, or data management.
• Hands-on experience with bank or ledger reconciliation (preferred).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
