Our core business is developing software to leverage our technologies and team to offer state-of-the-art, software-based solutions to the licensing agencies and work upon their digital assets to derive accurate market trends to major Universities, Brands, and Sports Clubs (Located Overseas). We are constantly involved in developing innovative add-on services to our core product, including designing automation using Adobe products.
We are looking for an enthusiasticHuman Resources (HR) Executive to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will dependon your assistance in several important functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and Training and Development. The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for onboarding orientation for New joiners. Experience in recruitment will be an advantage. Handling various HR activities, conducting Employee Engagement Activities as per the Calendar.
- Create Learning Development Programs and Initiatives for Employee Development. Responsible for Training Need Identification and ensuring completion of identified needs.
- L&D Budgeting and Data Maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Proficient in Data analytics, Data Management, and MIS Preparation. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills. Dynamic Agile for taking challenging assignments and driving them to completion.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Day-to-Day HR Activity.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc., and resolve conflicts & issues if any.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks inperformance management.
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Design and Conduct Employee Engagement Activities within the budget formulated by the Management.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Executive.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.
- B.Com/BBA in Human Resource Management.
- MHRM/MBA in Human Resource Management.
