Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Advisor based in Sheridan, WY. The Career Advisor will guide individuals in navigating their career journeys through personalized counseling, career planning, and development strategies. Responsibilities include assisting with resume development, providing guidance for interview preparation, offering tailored career advice, and supporting career management for individuals in varying stages of their professional lives. The role may also involve collaborating with employers to align candidate aspirations with organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Proven experience in Student Counseling and guiding individuals in their academic or professional journeys

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish meaningful connections
• 1-2 years of Experience in Career advisor.
• Ability to assess individual career potential and provide clear, actionable guidance for professional growth
• Familiarity with recruitment practices or prior experience in career placement services is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Counselling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
