Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy, ensuring our brand reaches its target audience effectively across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for curating content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to optimize engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• 
  Create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns.
• Engage with followers and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost engagement and lead generation.
• Report on social media performance and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
