Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Reports to CEO
- Handling of full set of Accounts
- Processing of accounts and payments, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payments
- Ensure timely recording of creditors invoices and payment transactions
- Preparation of quarterly GST Submissions
- Preparation and Submission of Financial Reports
- Resolve accounting discrepancies& irregularities
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Responsible for the day-to day administration and operational support to the company
- Post product details to classifieds websites and Social Media.

- Should have working experience in any IT company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
