Account Manager- UAE National

Role Summary

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and brand-driven Account Manager (UAE National) to lead communication planning and coordination for a key client. This role focuses on managing both corporate brand storytelling and project-level content, primarily across digital platforms.

You will work closely with internal creative teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, engaging, and performance-driven communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop, manage, and oversee monthly digital content plans
• Translate project updates and milestones into compelling brand narratives
• Ensure alignment between corporate brand messaging and project-level communication
• Support campaign ideation and execution across social platforms

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams
• Lead client meetings and calls; present strategies, content plans, and updates
• Gather feedback, manage revisions, and ensure alignment on expectations and timelines
• Maintain strong, trusted client relationships

Content Coordination

• Brief, manage, and coordinate internal content creation teams
• Review content for brand tone, visual aesthetics, accuracy, and strategic goals
• Coordinate content shoots and oversee asset planning and repurposing
• Manage bilingual (Arabic & English) content calendars and delivery schedules

Reporting & Optimization

• Oversee and review monthly performance reports
• Monitor KPIs and assess content effectiveness
• Analyze platform performance and provide actionable optimization insights

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience in account management or client servicing
• Proven experience managing creative workflows and multi-format digital content
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and project management tools
• UAE National (Emirati)
