Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and brand-driven Account Manager (UAE National) to lead communication planning and coordination for a key client. This role focuses on managing both corporate brand storytelling and project-level content, primarily across digital platforms.
You will work closely with internal creative teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, engaging, and performance-driven communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop, manage, and oversee monthly digital content plans
- Translate project updates and milestones into compelling brand narratives
- Ensure alignment between corporate brand messaging and project-level communication
- Support campaign ideation and execution across social platforms
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams
- Lead client meetings and calls; present strategies, content plans, and updates
- Gather feedback, manage revisions, and ensure alignment on expectations and timelines
- Maintain strong, trusted client relationships
Content Coordination
- Brief, manage, and coordinate internal content creation teams
- Review content for brand tone, visual aesthetics, accuracy, and strategic goals
- Coordinate content shoots and oversee asset planning and repurposing
- Manage bilingual (Arabic & English) content calendars and delivery schedules
Reporting & Optimization
- Oversee and review monthly performance reports
- Monitor KPIs and assess content effectiveness
- Analyze platform performance and provide actionable optimization insights

Required Skills & Experience
- 35 years of experience in account management or client servicing
- Proven experience managing creative workflows and multi-format digital content
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and project management tools
- UAE National (Emirati)
