Job Description
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in intelligent conversational interfaces and AI-powered dialog products in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance user experience and align with business goals. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, including data scientists, UX designers, and platform architects, to ensure product alignment and adoption, facilitate design reviews, and oversee sprint planning and retrospectives.
Youll specifically take care of defining and evolving the product vision for dialog systems and managing the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, but also ensuring compliance with safety, privacy, and ethical standards in AI deployment.
Wel will look to you for:
- Defining and evolving the product vision for dialog systems
- Translating user needs and business requirements into product features and technical specifications
- Prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic goals
- Leading agile product development cycles with engineering, UX, and data science teams
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dialog modules, NLP pipelines, and backend integrations
- Defining KPIs for dialog system performance and overseeing testing and validation of conversational flows and AI models

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of conversational AI or NLP (minimum 3+ years)
- Strong understanding of AI management systems, LLMs, and NLU/NLG
- Familiarity with platforms like MSFABRIC, DATAIKU, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks
- A PMP or Agile Product Owner certification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications
