Job Title: Head of Consumer Product - Dorje

Experience: 58 years of experience in product, growth, or business ownership roles within consumer, D2C, marketplace, or early-stage startups, with a track record of building and scaling products, driving revenue, and owning end-to-end customer experience.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a product-focused leader to operate as the Head of Consumer Product - owning Dorje end-to-end across brand, growth, operations, and customer experience. The ideal candidate act as the CEO of the company building the brand with a strategic lens around sales conversions.

This role is ideal for:

  • Product Managers with strong business ownership
  • Ex-Founders ready to build again with capital, structure, and leverage
  • Strategic generalists who enjoy shaping brand + growth + operational systems

This is not a corporate FMCG operator role - its a builders role at the intersection of product, brand, sales, and community.

What Youll Do:

1. Brand Premium Boutique Tea

  • Define and sharpen Dorjes premium positioning
  • Shape product portfolio strategy (Darjeeling, Wellness, future SKUs)
  • Lead pricing architecture and margin discipline
  • Guide packaging and storytelling
  • Build an AI-assisted brand content engine
  • Drive ongoing product innovation

Outcome: Dorje becomes the culturally differentiated premium tea brand in India and beyond.

2. Sales Digital Channels

  • Build across channels - D2C Website, Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), Quick commerce, Performance marketing
  • Growth funnel optimization (CAC, LTV, conversion)
  • AI-driven segmentation and personalization
  • Subscription & retention models
  • Revenue forecasting & channel strategy
  • Weekly experimentation cadence

Outcome: Predictable, scalable, profitable digital revenue engine.

3. Operations Order Fulfilment

  • Inventory and working capital discipline
  • Warehouse & logistics excellence
  • Quality and packaging oversight
  • Marketplace fulfilment compliance
  • AI-based demand planning
  • Vendor relationships

Outcome: Seamless fulfilment with boutique-grade operational precision.

4. Customer Experience Community Building

  • Own the post-purchase journey
  • Build tea education & content pathways
  • Grow community flywheels (email, WhatsApp, groups)
  • Loyalty & advocacy programs
  • AI-driven customer insights & segmentation
