Primary roles and responsibilities of the position:

• Recording of Accounts payable invoices for various European entities, in Oracle Netsuite.


• Work with the purchasing team to resolve any delays in invoice/ PO approval.


• Preparation of files for vendor payments.


• Preparation of internal schedules for accruals, prepayments etc.


• Processing of employee expense claims and work with Concur internal support to resolve employee Concur issues.


• 
  Help in the preparation of materials for external audits.


• Project related tasks, as required.

Must have expertise in:

• University level education, preferably business focused.


• 2-3 years of experience in an international company.


• Perfect level of English: French, German and any other European languages, nice to have.


• Excel : Advanced level.


• Experience of working with ERP systems - Oracle Netsuite would be a plus.


• Willingness to work for different European countries and contacts.
