Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and design-oriented Presales Executive (Fresher) to support our sales and design teams. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about high-end interior solutions, luxury product positioning, and client engagement in a premium environment. You will assist in preparing presentations, handling client queries, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams during the presales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior presales and sales staff with client research, product information, and proposal creation

• Work with the daily leads and help in cold calling and talking to the customers
• Assist in preparing design layouts, mood boards, and presentations for client meetings
• Learn and maintain deep knowledge of Altairos luxury Italian furniture collections
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for samples, quotations, and timelines
• Help manage showroom displays and assist during client visits and trade events
• Handle documentation, data entry, and CRM updates related to sales leads and client interactions
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and market preferences

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or related field (freshers welcome)
• Passion for luxury design, interiors, and aesthetics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage
• Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
