We are seeking a drivenSales Executiveto identify leads, pitch packaging solutions, and close deals with growing consumer brands. If you love sales, branding, and creative products, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via outbound efforts, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with prospective clients (online or in-person) to understand their packaging needs.
- Pitch Altpacs products and solutions tailored to specific industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, sampling, and order execution.
- Follow up consistently to move deals through the funnel and close sales.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead and deal information.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

- 14 years of B2B sales experience (packaging, printing, branding, or D2C industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with founders, marketers, and purchase heads.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, performance-driven environments.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials is a bonus.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or relevant field.
