Job Role: Inbound Customer Service Executive
Location: Ghansoli, Mhape
Qualification: HSC Pass
Language Requirement: Gujarati-speaking candidates
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary: 16,000 in-hand
Shift: Day shift, rotational / Rotational week off
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Provide product and service information
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain call records and follow standard procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

- Ability to speak Gujarati fluently
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
