This role offers the opportunity to go beyond content execution and take real ownership of how marketing drives outcomes. As part of the content team, you will not only shape narratives but also bring them to life through structured campaigns across channels. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, gain visibility into how campaigns impact pipeline, and build a strong foundation at the intersection of content, AI, and demand generation. It is a high-learning, high-ownership role designed for someone who wants to grow from content execution into campaign thinking and marketing impact.
What You Will Do :
- Develop content aligned to ICP pain points and business priorities.
- Translate content into structured campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, assets, webinars).
- Execute campaigns end-to-end with guidance from the Content Lead.
- Use AI tools to improve speed, scale, and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience, and relevant topics to create impactful content.
- Understand target audience personas and tailor content to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and SEO teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Repurpose and distribute content across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Track content performance (with guidance) and refine writing based on data-driven insights.
- Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience with excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of content management systems.
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- A portfolio of published articles.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
