Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for PEB projects.
- Identify & develop relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and end-clients.
- Prepare & present technical-commercial proposals, quotations and competitive bids.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing, timely delivery and execution.
- Manage tendering process, follow-up on RFQs and negotiate contract terms.
- Maintain CRM, update pipeline, prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Visit client sites, conduct client meetings and build long-term relationships.
- Represent company at industry events, exhibitions and client visits.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2 to 10 year's experience in sales of PEB / structural steel / metal building systems / fabrication & erection projects.

- Proven track record of order booking & handling end-to-end sales cycle.
- Relevant educational background: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / BBA / MBA (preferred).
- Good knowledge of PEB products, technical specifications, costing/estimation and tendering.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and meet clients on-site.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD/PEB software and CRM is an advantage.
