Job Description
- You are a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving solutions in Product Delivery. You have found the right team. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients to gather and document business requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals. Design solutions in collaboration with technical teams to meet business requirements and align with product strategy. Develop and execute test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Manage API integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with external systems and partners. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement best practices for risk management and fraud prevention.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area. Demonstrate performance in either product management or a relevant domain area. Execute operational management and change readiness activities. Experience in product deployment processes. Prove a track record of partnering with business stakeholders to design and implement new processes, utilizing core technology and digital tools as enablers. Partner well with other groups outside of the teams reporting line, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills. Communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels. Apply a logical, structured approach to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making. Maintain solid awareness of controls and risk management protocols.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Proficiency in Excel and ability to clearly storyboard using PowerPoint is essential. Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle. Strong knowledge and experience of business architecture including the development of Business Models and Target Operating models deployed on large scale organizations.,
