Job Description
- As an Outbound Call Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services, engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs, qualify leads, and ensure they meet our criteria. You will also be required to keep track of customer details and interactions in our CRM system, follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversions, and work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads. Meeting or exceeding lead generation targets is a key aspect of this role.
To be successful in this position, we are looking for individuals with experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation. Previous work in a call center is considered a big plus. Strong communication skills with a neutral American accent, the ability to handle objections, and build rapport with potential customers are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is preferred. A goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results, along with a willingness to work flexible shifts if needed, is also required.
