Amadeus Labs - Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze customers and intrapreneurs requirements to build value-driven increments and own the product roadmap.

- Collaborate with other engineering teams of Amadeus to make the maximum use of existing solutions/capabilities for quick time-to-market.

- Develop hypotheses and use data to make informed decisions.

- Adopt a "fail fast" mentality to quickly test and iterate on product ideas.

- Make build/buy/partner decisions to optimize time to value and product solutions.

- Collaborate with intrapreneurs and tech leaders to drive innovation and growth.

- Contribute to the global product strategy and Value proposition.

- Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Management.

- Act as a core member of the incubation teamalongside an Intrapreneur, Business Analyst (doing market study), Tech Lead, UX Researcher and BU Strategy partner.

Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in product management.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

- Passion for innovation, business, travel, and artificial intelligence.

- Great communication and influencing skills.

- Experience in gathering customer requirements and building product roadmaps.

- Analytical and data-driven mindset.

- Experience in an agile environment.

- Knowledge of product management tools and software development methodologies.
