Asst Manager - PCA - Electrical Design

Candidate requirement (Job related expectation)

• In-depth knowledge of automation projects like ASRS, SPM, Line automation, Process auto Equipments, Etc.
• Must be able to do Plc program development in Ladder, Structural Text, SCL with any three of PLC brands (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider).
• Must be able to do Electrical Product selection based on the application.
• Knowledge of different types of communication Protocol like Ethernet IP, Modbus, CIP, Profinet, Profibus.
• Knowledge and experience in Industry 4.0 or IOT, Server, and SQL.
• Prepare the I/O list, Control Loop and Logic Diagrams.
• Automation concept development with CFT.
• Ensure proper management of electrical/automation documents (manuals, diagrams, instrument data sheet, software packages/licenses) through efficient filing and archiving procedures.
• Manage the day-to-day activities, goal setting, performance management, and development of the team.
• Manage team budget, including travel and expense reporting, as well as operational cost of the Automation projects.

• Responsible for preparing budget estimates, ensuring adequate PO creation through approval and recruiting additional resources as necessary.
• Knowledge about warehouse Automation, WMS.
• Servo tuning is an added advantage.

Academic Requirements

Degree / Diploma in Mechatronics/Electrical/ECE/Mechanical/instrumentation Engineering.

For diploma at least 8 -12 years experience in same domine for degree at least 6-10 years of experience

Skills -

MUST have skills:

• PLC Programming any three is must - GX works 3/works 2, TIA portal, Studio 5000, Sysmac studio ,Somachine.
• HMI design Proficiency in any one of major brands.
• Electrical Product selection skills.
• Concept development and machine building experience.
• Electrical CAD.
• Warehouse automation, ASRS working knowledge.
• Programming in Python/ Javascript, C.
