Finalizing Suitable Foundations based on the soil investigation report.

Analysis of Contour Map Data to understand the topography of the site.

Conducting cutting and filling data analysis to plan earthworks and determine and finalize levels for the substation site.

Designing the Foundations Towers, Equipment, Transformers: Using both manual methods (Excel spreadsheets) and software (Staad Pro, RCDC), including: Isolated, Strip Footings, Combined Footings, Pad/Raft, Pile Foundations

Designing various substation Structures including RCC buildings (CRB, C&RP, SGR, BCR, Security Hut, Miscellaneous structures), PEB (Sheds), Firewalls, Oil Pits, Pump houses, Elevated/Underground water tanks, Roads & Crossings, Culverts, Stormwater drains, Indoor and Outdoor cable trenches, Boundary wall, Chain-link fencing, Retaining walls.

Having outstanding Knowledge of RCC and Steel IS Codes: Including IS 456, IS 2911, IS 3370, IS 1893, IS 875, IS 800, IS 802, and relevant IRC & substation codes.

Reviewing and Verifying Civil Structural Drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.

Verifying and Optimize Quantities as per the pre-bid BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
