Amazon India’s Grocery Finance team is looking for a talented Business Analyst to develop solutions to better analyze input/output metrics and exercise controllership. As part of the Business Finance team, the Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with the finance and business partners to analyze data, build inferences, and deliver compelling and actionable data insights in terms of reports and dashboards. This role requires an individual with excellent understanding of SQL and query development, good business acumen and the ability to work with quantitative and business teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.
This position is based in Bangalore.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
• 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
