Corporate Tax Manager

What role you will play in team: You'll lead tax compliance and planning activities for a specific business unit within Amazon India.

What you will do: This involves ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations and minimizing tax liabilities.

Key responsibility:

• Oversee tax compliance for assigned business unit.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies.
• Manage tax audits and assessments.
  
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Advise on tax implications of business transactions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/CS with 5+ years of experience in corporate tax.
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with tax software and systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
