Credit Risk Manager, Global Payments

What role you will play in team: You'll lead and manage a team responsible for assessing and mitigating credit risks associated with Amazon's global payment processing operations. You'll directly influence the company's ability to handle high volumes of financial transactions safely and efficiently.

What you will do: You will oversee credit risk assessments, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and provide leadership and guidance to your team.

Key responsibility:

• Lead and manage a team of credit risk professionals.
• Oversee credit risk assessments for Amazon's global payment operations.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize losses.
• Monitor and report on key risk indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve risk management processes.
• 
  Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and deliver training programs on credit risk management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in credit risk management, with at least 3 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems and risks.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of credit risk methodologies.
