Data Center Technician

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our data center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

What you will do: Maintain servers, networks, and other critical infrastructure components, troubleshooting issues and implementing preventative maintenance.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, and power systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and maintain data center security protocols.
• 
  Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document and track all maintenance activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data center operations (1-2 years).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
