Financial Controls Investigator

What role you will play in team: You will investigate financial discrepancies, ensure the accuracy of financial data and maintain the integrity of Amazon's financial systems.

What you will do: Conduct investigations into financial irregularities, analyze large datasets, and create detailed reports.

Key responsibility:

• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and anomalies identified through internal controls or external audits.
• Analyze large datasets using various tools and techniques to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and document investigative procedures and findings.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., accounting, legal) to gather information and resolve issues.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fraud prevention and detection techniques.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial investigation or a related field.
• Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
