Music Recommendation Algorithm Engineer

What role you will play in team: Develop and improve algorithms that power music recommendations on Amazon Music, enhancing user experience and engagement.

What you will do: Design, implement, and test algorithms using large-scale datasets.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain recommendation algorithms using machine learning techniques.
• Work with large-scale datasets to train and evaluate models.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers.
  
• Conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of algorithm changes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., collaborative filtering, content-based filtering).
• Proficiency in Python or a similar language.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
