Youll work closely with engineering teams to design and implement solutions that power multiple spot and contract marketplace, optimize pricing algorithms, building Gen AI solutions for transportations carriers and orchestrate demand across our global relay network. Key job responsibilities
. Lead cross-functional program execution for Relay freight marketplace, driving strategic initiatives (S-Team, OLT goals) that power Amazons transportation system at scale.
. Own end-to-end program delivery including roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and operational excellence while coordinating technical migrations and security compliance initiatives within SLA.

. Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and Business teams to define requirements, prioritize carrier-facing features and internal tools, and ensure successful delivery across distributed teams using Agile methodologies.
. Champion Gen-AI adoption across teams to accelerate delivery through intelligent automation, documentation, and process optimization while defining program strategy for AI-powered freight marketplace features leveraging Agentcore and Bedrock.
. Drive operational excellence by establishing metrics, monitoring system health, coordinating incident response, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across RSPTs global freight marketplace ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience

- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
