Talent Acquisition Partner

What role you will play in team: You'll partner with hiring managers to identify and recruit top talent for Amazon Music, focusing on specific roles within the music industry.

What you will do: You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, job boards).
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process.
  
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Track key metrics and provide regular reports on recruiting activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technology and/or music industry roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
