Network Operations Associate

What role you will play in team: You'll be a critical part of our team ensuring the seamless operation of Amazon's vast network infrastructure.

What you will do: You will monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to prevent disruptions and maintain high availability.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor network performance using various tools and dashboards.
• Respond to alerts and troubleshoot network issues.
• Implement solutions to address network problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
• 
  Maintain documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of network operations.
• Work within an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in network operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
