Job Description

What role you will play in team: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.

What you will do: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to offer, focusing on delivering high-quality candidates and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibility:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Manage the offer and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of searches.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling various roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
