Job Description
- As the Chief Business Officer (CBO) with Investment at Ambimed Healthcare, a healthtech startup based in Delhi NCR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision alongside the founding team. Your primary goal will be to address the critical issue of ambulance unavailability during emergencies by leveraging technology to provide seamless and instant access to reliable emergency services for patients in need.
Your key responsibilities will include defining and executing the company's short- and long-term vision, driving product roadmap strategies, establishing market positioning, and developing effective go-to-market plans. You will be responsible for overseeing operational workflows such as claims processing, disbursements, and hospital coordination while also leading efforts to recruit and retain top talent in various functions including product development, technology, operations, and sales.
In addition to setting the tone for a transparent and mission-driven company culture, you will be expected to explore new use-cases, markets, and partnerships to expand the platform's reach. It will be crucial for you to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize growth channels across both B2B and B2C pipelines while ensuring compliance with healthtech, insurance, and lending regulations to mitigate risks through robust operational and legal frameworks.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a willingness to invest in the company's growth actively, exhibit strong leadership qualities, possess strategic thinking capabilities, and showcase business acumen. Excellent communication, sales, and marketing skills are essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field such as Business, Finance, or Marketing is required. Furthermore, your presence must be based in the Delhi NCR region to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
