Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

The Mandate

You will sit at the centre of workforce planning, executive hiring, and strategic talent development. You will be responsible for shaping a world-class talent engine that supports rapid expansion across real estate development, construction, design, hospitality, and corporate functions.

What You Will Lead

Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and business units

Build and execute workforce planning with senior leadership

Deliver executive-level and senior hiring across development, construction, corporate, and hospitality portfolios

Strengthen employer branding and talent engagement across global channels

Implement data-driven TA systems, dashboards, and performance metrics

Optimise recruitment costs, time-to-hire, and process efficiency

Lead and mentor high-performing TA and HR teams across multiple geographies

Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, global mobility frameworks, visas, and onboarding

Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and divisional heads on talent priorities

Who This Role Is Built For

Proven track record inside real estate developers or large multinationals

Strong executive hiring pedigree, ideally with exposure to leading UAE developers

Experience leading multicultural teams and cross-border hiring operations

Ability to scale talent functions rapidly while maintaining quality

Strategic, commercial, and data-driven mindset with hands-on delivery capability

Clear understanding of UAE labour systems, mobility, and compliance frameworks
