Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist for the international process in Jaipur, your main responsibility will be to handle customer complaints, provide suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution of issues. You will be expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Details:
You will be part of a full-time, permanent position and fresher candidates from across India are welcome to apply. Preferred candidates should have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and at least 1 year of total work experience, with 1 year of customer service experience.
