Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our Software Product Development team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management and Agile methodologies, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality products. Availability during European time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budgets.
• Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on status, milestones, and changes.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including charters, schedules, and post-project evaluations.

Scrum Master

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Promote Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs.
• Identify and resolve impediments to the teams progress.
• Encourage open communication and teamwork, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in a Scrum Master role within software development.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while delivering results on time and within budget.
