Job Description

Our Platform Operations organisation, as part of the wider Technical Operations org,
are responsible for ensuring the stability and resiliency of the platform and that we
are prepared to scale and grow the platform inline with our expanding customer
base. This role is critical to understanding how we run the platform efficiently and
effectively, build the necessary processes for growth and ensure we deliver our
integrity.
- Working with leadership on statistics and insights for all teams within the
- Technical Operations organisation
- Driving scale into the operation through alignment on process and data
- Implementation of ITIL processes and governance across the org and stakeholder groups
- Assisting leadership with team project and escalation allocation
- Working with the Engineering and Support Operations teams to align on insights and present data analysis to Finance and senior leadership
- Building, managing and maintaining Excel/GSheets and Aera metrics models and reports
- Managing the wider org onboarding process and documentation
- Maintaining and managing the Jira projects and Confluence knowledge spaces
- Defining and documenting SOPs and project-related requirements
- The responsibilities aren’t always defined. It’s critical that you have the skills, curiosity and tenacity to take ownership of the Platform Operations insights and metrics space to help drive us forward as a company.
- This role requires high levels of autonomy, accountability, and integrity.

About You
- Strong analytical skills, either through a degree or previous employment
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including implementing change management
- Desirable knowledge: Jira, Confluence, Excel/GSheets, Zendesk, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of and experience with Aera, or similar products, is beneficial
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex data in a clear and comprehensive way
- Ability to quickly adapt to altering priorities
- Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Ability to assess and prioritise according to customer and internal demands
- Works efficiently with global teams
- Passionate about delivering to a high quality and attention to detail
