Job Description
- As a Telesales Manager at AMEC Technology in Nagpur, your primary responsibility will be to drive lead conversion and sales growth by handling lead calls, presenting product details, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into sales while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and diligently follow up on provided leads.
- Clearly present product specifications, features, and benefits to customers.
- Tailor solutions to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide progress reports to the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead conversion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to simplify technical product specifications for easy understanding.
