How will you make an impact in this role?

• Create pipeline of premium partners and curate benefits that will resonate with American Express cardmembers
• Work closely with Marketing Managers to manage campaign timelines and end to end execution of benefits.
• Co-create and co-own the partnerships strategy for the premium cardmembers with peer colleagues and deliver on plan
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on different aspects of making a partnership live
• Identify and nurture partnership opportunities and relationships across categories
• Manage end to end partner relationships.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-10 years of work experience, with atleast 2-5 years of partnership/alliances experiences.
• Business development skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement partnership constructs
• Impeccable negotiations skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Self-starter
• Good peoples skills will drive success for this role
