How will you make an impact in this role?
This role will be Responsible for supporting the VP- Complaints and VP- MIS offices within Global Strategy & Enablement team with the following activities:
- Coordination of calendar management, managing across global and local senior business leaders, in dispersed locations and differing time zones.
- Arranging meeting rooms, video and audio conferencing as well as coordinating team meetings, townhalls, activities and other events.
- Booking international/Domestic travel with knowledge of Amex travel booking tools, preferred vendors and associated policies. Build itineraries and provide advance preparation for VPs.
- Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports; reviewing expenses submitted to leader and highlighting any out of policy spend; tracking and processing of invoices
- Ad hoc administrative tasks including: Updating organization charts, updating distribution lists etc
- Organize and coordinate activities associated with Town Halls, and other employee-related activities and events
- Support colleague engagement activities
- Prior relevant experience
- Strong MS Office application skills (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; strong relationship-building, interpersonal, influencing, and collaborating skills across multiple band levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and with strong attention to detail and timely follow-up.
- Agile thinker with an ability to anticipate questions, bring others along, prepare for contingencies and present multiple approaches to a situation, task or challenge
- Demonstrated experience in administrative tasks is strongly preferred
- Ability to work under minimal direction. High degree of integrity with ability to handle sensitive issues with complete confidentiality
