How will you make an impact in this role
- Provide support in strengthening the operational risk framework to enable effective risk management in the Enterprise Incentive Services and Capabilities (EISAC) processes
- Facilitate the understanding and use of the risk governance framework across EISAC processes through regular communication
- Engage with EISACE Functional teams, Control Management and other Governance groups like SOX office; 2LOD etc. to design and implement robust controls
- Conduct independent testing to monitor the effectiveness of control
- Support EISAC functional teams in both Internal and External Audits.
- Drive robust risk management by proactively help identify areas of high risk for intervention
- Manage PRSA refresh /RCSA implementation in adherence to internal policies and guidance
- Manage operational Risk events and Issues: end to end ORE/ Issue management, developing robust action plan and enhance control to mitigate risk and ensure timely closure
- Manage Regulatory change management project
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Financial services related experience preferably in operations /operational risk management /Audits
- Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Risk Mgmt., or related field
- Understanding of critical operational risk management lifecycle activitiesand knowledge of archer
- Strong project management,communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Must have the ability to influence outcomes and build strong relationships.
