International Sales Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate business through outbound calls, emails, and client outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and clients.
• 
  Negotiate freight rates and close sales deals.
• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client requirements and provide regular updates.
• Handle pricing, dispatch coordination, and issue resolution.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain service quality.

Requirements

• Prior experience in International Sales, Freight Brokerage, Logistics, or a similar profile.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong selling and customer-handling abilities.
• Confident in outbound calling and lead generation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of logistics/freight industry is preferred.
