Shift Timing: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM.
Role Overview:
Were looking for an experienced Team Manager with a strong background in International Sales to lead our US Logistics team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proven sales record, and experience managing a target-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Drive client acquisition through outbound calls and business development activities.
- Support the team in negotiating freight rates with shippers and carriers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with US-based clients.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure team productivity and goal achievement.
- Handle escalations and assist the team in closing deals effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in International Sales (US process preferred).
- Background in BPO / KPO / Logistics / Freight Brokerage is preferred.
- Prior experience in team handling or sales leadership is required.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales drive and ability to work in a target-based environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
