Job Description

    As a talented and motivated Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the organization's Salesforce platform. Your role will involve managing user accounts, customizations, data integrity, security, and providing technical support to ensure optimal use of Salesforce functionalities. Collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership will be essential to deliver reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
    Your key responsibilities will include:
    - User Management: Understanding Salesforce security models, managing user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions for proper access and security.
    - Customization & Configuration: Building and maintaining custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts based on business requirements.
    - Reports & Dashboards: Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
    - Automation: Customizing through Flow, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
    - Security & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with security best practices and regulations like GDPR/CCPA.
    - Support & Troubleshooting: Providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and documenting solutions.
    - Data Management: Maintaining data integrity through regular cleansing, deduplication, and data import/export.
    - Training & Documentation: Conducting training sessions for users and creating documentation for processes and solutions.
    - Release Management: Managing Salesforce release updates, testing new features, and implementing changes.
    - Third-Party Integrations: Managing integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
    - Collaboration: Partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
    Candidate Requirements:
    - 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Good knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud.

    - Experience in data migration using Data Loader and advanced SOQL.
    - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
    - Experience in root cause analysis and maintenance of Salesforce.
    - Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders.
    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
    - Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory.
