In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business objectives by understanding customer needs, exploring innovative ways to utilize existing data capabilities, and devising new analytical solutions to meet those needs effectively. You will be responsible for delivering supplier and spend analytics to aid GCS/ ICS Field and leadership in shaping G&S Spend Strategies utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. Taking ownership of the end-to-end data analytics charter, your primary goal will be to generate actionable insights for customers through deep data analysis, visualization, and compelling storytelling. Managing projects from initiation to completion, you will prioritize deliverables based on dependencies and business goals, while ensuring seamless tracking of project performance metrics and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will conduct ad hoc analysis to support growth-oriented strategies, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and implement insights solutions. Your role will also involve conducting backend data testing and UI testing to facilitate smooth and flawless project delivery.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated track record of working with large data sets and deriving insights from them.
- Extensive proficiency in SQL/Hive.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Tableau development, particularly in creating sophisticated dashboards with large data sets.
