Job Description
SafeVault is an AI-powered secure life-document management platform designed to simplify critical workflows from document storage and tax preparation to passport renewals, financial onboarding, and professional collaboration.
The platform already includes:
- Individual & Family Vaults
- Provider Workspaces (CPA, Legal, Financial Advisors)
- AI-assisted document workflows
- Secure, compliance-first architecture
- Production-ready infrastructure
The product foundation is already built, and we are now entering the capital and growth phase.
We are looking for a Capital & Growth Co-Founder
to partner with the technical founder and lead the business side of SafeVault. This role focuses on fundraising, market expansion, partnerships, and building a scalable commercial engine.This is a hands-on ownership role, not an advisory or consulting position.
Key Responsibilities- Lead fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, relationship management, and capital strategy execution
- Define and execute the companys go-to-market strategy, including target customer segments and market positioning
- Build strategic partnerships and distribution channels to accelerate adoption and growth
- Develop and drive early revenue opportunities, including B2B collaborations and enterprise engagement
- Shape pricing, growth strategy, and commercialization approach alongside the founder
- Represent SafeVault externally with investors, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Help establish a repeatable growth and sales motion for long-term scalability
This role is focused entirely on capital, growth, and business leadership.

- Previous startup leadership experience (Founder / CEO / Head of Growth / Revenue Leader)
- Experience raising capital or strong access to investor networks
- Proven ability to drive growth, partnerships, or enterprise deals
- Strong execution mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment

Company Stage: Product Built | Pre-Seed / Early Revenue
Compensation: Equity-First1025%(Based on experience, capital contribution & milestones)
